All bookings made with Martpatt AS are subject to these terms. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit and our written confirmation.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance is due 45 days prior to the commencement of travel services.
Cancellations by the client must be in writing. Refunds are calculated based on the proximity to the travel date. Within 14 days of travel, no refunds will be issued.
Martpatt acts as an intermediary for hotels, transportation, and guides. We are not liable for force majeure events or changes in travel schedules by third-party providers.
